CWP Key Lime Pie Frozen Trifle

Tea break / Dessert

Step 3 & above 

Preparation time: 30 mins

Serving : 2 person


Ingredients:

- 1 tbsp low fat milk powder
- 1 lime, use the zest only
- 1 sachet of CWP Key Lime
- Healthy Digestive Biscuit

 

Step to prepare :

1) Blend together 1 sachet of Key Lime, 150ml water & low fat milk powder.
2) On other hand, Crush the digestive biscuit and add in lime zest.
3) Add part of the crush biscuit to the base of the glass.
4) Add the blended CWP mix into the mould and freeze it for 20 mins.
5) Remove the frozen CWP mix and repeat step no 3 & 4.

 

CWP 青柠冻挞

下午茶/甜点

准备: 三十分钟

食谱分量 : 2 人份


材料:

* 一汤匙低脂奶粉
* 一颗青柠,把皮刨丝
* 一包CWP青柠口味
* 少许健康的威化饼

 

 步骤:

1) 把一包CWP青柠口味,加入150ml的水及低脂奶粉,搅拌均匀。
2) 另外把威化饼弄碎,加入青柠丝。
3) 把部分的饼碎放到杯子的底部
4) 把刚搅拌均匀的CWP青柠口味倒入杯里形成一层,然后放到冰箱冷冻大约20分钟。
5) 从冰箱取出,请重复步骤三与四。
6) 然后将整杯放入冰箱冷冻至成型。

CWP Veggie Sushi Rolls

Lunch / Dinner 
Step 3 & above
Preparation: 30 minutes

Servings 2-3 person

 

Ingredients:

- 4 Boiled Eggs
- Black Pepper
- 2 Table Spoons CWP Leak & Potato
- 1/2 Cucumber
- 1/2 Carrot
- 4 sheets of Nori (Seaweed Sheet)

 

Step to prepare :

1) Mash the boiled Egg with CWP and Black Pepper.
2) Cut the Carrot and Cucumber into small strips.
3) Lay a sheet of nori, shiny side down, on the bamboo mat. Spread a thin layer of mashed egg evenly onto the nori sheet. Arrange a row of veggie slices along the mashed egg. Roll up, and slice. Like the traditional sushi rolls, these are best eaten just after making.

 

CWP 纤寿(瘦)司卷

材料:

* 4 粒水煮蛋
* 黑胡椒(适量)
* 2 汤匙 CWP Leak & Potato
* 1/2 根黄瓜
* 1/2 根萝卜
* 4 片紫菜

 

 步骤:

1) 把鸡蛋壓碎及黑胡椒拌勻均匀。
2) 萝卜,黄瓜,切丝。
3) 紫菜亮面在底,将紫菜铺平放在寿司席上。把鸡蛋泥平铺在紫菜上,再排放上蔬菜丝。将紫菜卷起,切件供食。好像传统寿司卷,卷后马上吃是最好。

Ingredients:

- 1 sachets CWP Vanila
- 2 tbs sugar free mocha powder
- 300 ml cold Water

 

Step to prepare :

1) Blend the CWP Vanila, Mocha powder with cold water and ready to served.

食谱分量 : 1 人份


材料:

* 1 包 CWP Vanilla
* 2 汤匙无糖抹茶粉
* 300 ml 冷水

 

 步骤:

1) 把CWP Vanilla,抹茶粉和冷水一起搅拌就可以饮用。
